Because every plugin is available as a full free trial before purchase, all sales are final once the download begins. We do not offer money-back guarantees or refund windows on completed purchases.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. By starting your download, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal at that point. If you have not started your download, you can request withdrawal within 14 days through the Help page.
Goodwill Exceptions
In unusual circumstances — a duplicate purchase, a technical issue we cannot resolve, or anything else worth talking through — we may grant a goodwill refund at our discretion. Reach out via the Help page and we will see what we can do.
