What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects your payment details — we never see or store your card number. We also collect basic usage data like page visits and purchase history to improve the store.

How We Use It

Your email is used for account authentication (magic link sign-in), order confirmations, license delivery, and support responses. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. Your purchase history is stored so you can re-download your plugins at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party ad cookies. Your session cookie keeps you signed in so you do not have to log in every visit.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Resend — email delivery for magic links, order confirmations, and support messages.
• Google Cloud— application hosting (europe-west1, Belgium). Your requests are processed through Google Cloud's infrastructure under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Vercel Blob — object storage for product images and plugin downloads (US-based, served via global CDN).
• Neon — database hosting (EU region) for account and order data.

Data Retention

Your account data and purchase history are kept as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. We may retain anonymized purchase records for accounting purposes.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time. Contact us through the Help page and we will take care of it.
