Everything you need to get started, install your plugins, and manage your account.

Segment CPH is launching soon. The information below describes how the shop will work once it opens.

Getting Started

Browse the shop to discover available plugins. Each product page includes a description, audio demos, and format compatibility info (VST3/AU, macOS/Windows). When you find something you like, click Buy, complete the Stripe checkout, and your license will be delivered to your email instantly.

Installing Plugins

  1. Download the .pkg or .dmg file from your account
  2. Run the installer — it will place the plugin in the correct folder
  3. VST3 goes to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/
  4. AU goes to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
  5. Restart your DAW and scan for new plugins

Managing Your Account

Sign in with the email you used to purchase. From your account dashboard, you can view your purchase history, re-download any plugin you own, and see your license keys. Your session stays active so you will not need to sign in every time.

Refunds

Every plugin is available as a free trial before you buy, so you can confirm it works for you on your own machine and in your own DAW. Once you complete a purchase and the download begins, all sales are final. In unusual circumstances we may grant a goodwill refund at our discretion — reach out and we will see what we can do.
